Base Pool Closing Service Includes:

• Plumbing Prep – Water removed from all plumbing lines

• Equipment Drainage – Complete draining of pool equipment

• Line Protection – Lines sealed with rubber expansion plugs

• Accessory Removal – Ladders, diving boards, and handrails removed and stored

• Filter Maintenance – Diatomaceous earth (DE) filter elements, bag filters, and cartridges removed, rinsed, and reinstalled

• Safety cover inspection and installation

Important Notes

• Client must adjust water level,  Lowered to just below the skimmer, prior to DS Poolscapes servicing pool for closing.

• The pool will be winterized in its current condition.

• We recommend balancing pH, alkalinity, and hardness before service so chemicals have time to circulate.

• Plastic jet fittings, pump and filter plugs, and drain lids naturally degrade over time and may break during removal. D&S Poolscape is not responsible for replacement of worn or brittle parts.
